I’m a certified nutritionist, health coach, and metabolic health expert, currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition at the University of Aberdeen, UK.For over 10 years, I’ve been studying the science of nutrition, and for the past 5+ years, I’ve been helping people restore their health and energy through a holistic, evidence-based approach that focuses on identifying and addressing root imbalances, improving nutrition, and optimizing lifestyle habits. I live in Cyprus and work with clients across Europe, the UK, the US, and worldwide.
My interest in health and nutrition began at 16 and has been deeply personal. I’ve experienced hormonal imbalances, weight fluctuations, calorie counting, skin issues, digestive discomfort, chronic stress, fatigue, sleep problems, and weakened immunity after childbirth. What started as a personal search for answers eventually grew into my professional path.
Before fully dedicating myself to nutrition, I worked in tech companies at C-level positions, helping to scale and grow businesses. That experience taught me first-hand how essential it is to support health, energy, and performance — especially for executives and busy professionals. It also inspired my passion for the intersection of health and technology.
I love experimenting and testing everything on myself — from nutrition protocols, lab tests, and mobile apps to advanced health-tracking gadgets. I’m constantly exploring how technology can help solve problems in nutrition and chronic disease prevention.
