Over the past five years, dozens of my clients have lost excess weight, become healthier and happier, and regained the energy to invest in their work, personal interests, physical activity, and family life. They’ve reduced their biological age and learned to cook nourishing, delicious meals for themselves and their loved ones — spending less time in the kitchen.

Program Support
Within 1–2 weeks after the first consultation, you’ll receive your written recommendations. We’ll have one mid-program session, one final consultation, and continuous daily online coaching support via messenger throughout the program.
First Consultation
Once I receive your completed forms, diary, and test results, we’ll schedule your first consultation. During this 1.5–2-hour session, we’ll review your current state in detail and outline a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan so you can begin from day one.
Lab Tests & Medical Reports
If available, you’ll also send me your recent lab results (from the past year), ultrasound reports, or relevant medical notes. If needed, I’ll provide a list of additional tests to complete before we begin.
Health Questionnaire & Food Diary
After payment, you’ll receive a detailed health questionnaire and a short food diary to complete over 5 days.
Review & Payment
I review your request and may ask a few additional questions. If it fits within my area of work, you can proceed with payment — either in full or in two parts (50% upon booking, 50% within two days after the first consultation).

  1. Lost 3.1 kg (6.8 lbs) in 4 weeks. It might not seem like much, but the client had already started losing some weight before we began working together — so we didn’t start from zero, when the initial drop is usually faster.
