Before starting the program, you’ll complete a detailed health questionnaire, a food diary, and, if necessary, some blood work. The coaching process begins with a detailed (1.5 - 2 h) initial consultation and health assessment. Based on your goals, I create a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan, which we gradually adjust as you progress. You’ll have two more online sessions, ongoing messenger support, and a final review to ensure your results are sustainable long term.
